RETURN POLICY

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, FLATLIST® offers an easy return service within 14 days of receiving your order. 

To initiate a return, please contact us at return@flatlisteyewear.com before sending your package. Once approved, you may return your item for a refund or exchange.

Conditions 

Returned items must be: 

Unworn and in original condition

Packed in the original FLATLIST® packaging (including barcodes and style stickers at the bottom)

Accompanied by the black faux leather case, microfiber pouch/cloth, and FLATLIST® box 

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Return Shipping 

Please clearly write your order reference number and “RETURN” on the outside of the package to ensure smooth customs processing. 
Failure to include this may cause delays or result in the package being returned to you.

You are responsible for the product until it reaches us. We recommend using a traceable shipping service.

Return shipping costs are not covered by FLATLIST®. 

Refunds 

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will issue a refund for the product value to the original payment method. 
Please allow a few business days for the transaction to be processed. 

Important 

Returns sent without prior approval will be rejected and returned to the sender at their own expense.
