What materials are FLATLIST sunglasses made from?

Each pair of FLATLIST sunglasses is crafted from premium materials to ensure long-lasting quality and comfort.

We use handmade Italian Mazzucchelli acetate, stainless steel, and titanium across our collections, sometimes combined for a refined balance of strength and style.

All frames feature nickel-free German OBE hinges with silicone safety screws for smooth movement and durability, paired with Carl Zeiss lenses offering 100% UVA and UVB protection.

Are your sunglasses polarized?

Our sunglasses offer UV protection but are not polarized. They are designed to keep your eyes safe from harmful rays without the polarization.

Do you offer prescription eyewear?

Yes. FLATLIST offers prescription eyewear, combining handmade Italian Mazzucchelli acetate frames with Carl Zeiss lenses for clarity and comfort. Almost all of our frames can be made with prescription lenses. Available at our Copenhagen flagship store and online at flatlisteyewear.com/opticals. Bring your prescription to our store — prices start from 2,900 DKK with a two-week crafting time.

Do you have blue light glasses?

 Yes. FLATLIST offers a Blue Light Collection designed to reduce eye strain from screens. All of our frames can also be fitted with blue light filtering lenses for extra comfort and protection.

Do you offer blue light blocking lenses?

Yes. All FLATLIST frames can be fitted with blue light filtering lenses. They use Carl Zeiss BlueProtect technology to filter blue light from screens and reduce eye strain while keeping your vision clear.

Can I order new lenses for my FLATLIST glasses?

Yes. We can customize or replace lenses for all FLATLIST frames, including prescription and blue light options. Visit our Copenhagen flagship store or contact us at info@flatlisteyewear.com for assistance.

Are your frames suitable for optical lenses?

Yes. Most FLATLIST frames are designed to fit optical lenses, including both prescription and blue light options. You can choose your preferred frame and add your lenses in-store or online (Only when that becomes available) Explore more here: flatlisteyewear.com/opticals

Are FLATLIST sunglasses unisex?

Yes. All FLATLIST sunglasses are unisex and designed to suit a wide range of faces and personal styles.

Do you offer repairs or replacement parts?

Yes. You’re always welcome to visit our Copenhagen flagship store to have your glasses tightened, adjusted, or checked. For other repairs or replacement parts, please contact us at info@flatlisteyewear.com and we’ll be happy to help.

Can I replace my lenses if they get scratched?

Yes. We offer replacement lenses for all FLATLIST styles. Visit our Copenhagen flagship store or contact info@flatlisteyewear.com to order new lenses for your frames.

PAYMENT & ORDER

How do I place an order?

Choose your favorite style and click "Add to Bag." Then proceed to checkout to complete your order securely.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely at checkout.

Can I use a discount code on my order?

Yes. You can enter a discount code at checkout before completing your purchase, the discount will be applied automatically to your total.

Can I edit or cancel my order after placing it?

Our warehouse is fully automated, which means orders are processed immediately and can’t be changed once confirmed. If you need help with your order, please contact info@flatlisteyewear.com as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist.

Can I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email after your purchase, and we can provide a full invoice upon request. Just contact us at info@flatlisteyewear.com and we’ll send it to you.

Do you offer tax-free shopping?

No, we comply with tax-free regulations.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday. Delivery time depends on your location, typically 2–5 business days within Europe and 5–10 business days for international orders.

For optical or customized glasses, please allow around two weeks for production before shipping.

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order leaves our warehouse, so you can follow it all the way to your door. Please note that local import duties and taxes may apply outside the EU, and delivery times can be slightly longer during sales or public holidays.

How can I track my order? 

When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this link to follow your delivery in real time until it arrives.

If you haven’t received your tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@flatlisteyewear.com for assistance.

I haven’t received my confirmation email — what should I do?

If you haven’t received your order confirmation email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, contact us at info@flatlisteyewear.com with your name and payment details, and we’ll confirm your order for you.

Do I have to pay duty or import fees?

 Orders shipped within the EU include all taxes and duties.For orders outside the EU, local import duties or customs fees may apply according to your country’s regulations.

These costs are not covered by FLATLIST and must be paid by the recipient.

Do you ship worldwide? 

Yes. FLATLIST ships worldwide from our warehouse in Denmark.
Delivery times vary depending on your location, you will receive a tracking link once your order has been shipped.

Is express delivery available? 

Yes. We offer express delivery to most destinations at checkout.
Delivery time and cost will be shown before you complete your order.

What happens if my package is delayed or lost?

If your package is delayed or lost, please contact info@flatlisteyewear.com with your order number and tracking details.

We’ll reach out to the courier and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Can I pick up my order locally?

Local pickup is not available at the moment, but you’re always welcome to visit our flagship store in Copenhagen to make your purchase in person and explore our full collection.

How do I find my order number?

You can find your order number in the confirmation email you received after completing your purchase. If you can’t find it, contact info@flatlisteyewear.com with your name and email address, and we’ll help locate your order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

How do I request a return or exchange? 

If you don’t love your sunglasses or want to change to a different frame, we offer a simple return and exchange service within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us at return@flatlisteyewear.com before sending anything back.

Items must be unworn and returned in their original FLATLIST® packaging (including barcodes and style stickers). Please write your reference number and “RETURN” clearly on the outside of the package to avoid customs delays.

You are responsible for the product until it reaches us, so we recommend using a traceable shipping service. Return shipping costs are not covered by FLATLIST.

Once the return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will be rejected at our warehouse at your own expense.

Can I return or exchange prescription glasses?

No. As prescription and customized glasses are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

If there’s an issue with your order or prescription, please contact info@flatlisteyewear.com, and we’ll do our best to help.

How long does a return or refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. The amount will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

Can I return my order to a retail store?

No, it’s not possible to return orders purchased online to retail stores. All online returns must be arranged directly through return@flatlisteyewear.com.

What should I do if my product is damaged or faulty?

If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact info@flatlisteyewear.com as soon as possible.
Include your order number and photos of the item, and our team will help arrange a replacement or refund.

How will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for your purchase.

Can I exchange for a different color or style?

Yes. If you would like a different color or style, simply return your order and place a new one through our website. Once your return is received, we will provide free shipping on your new order. Please contact return@flatlisteyewear.com to start the return process.

Are sale items eligible for return or exchange?

Yes. Sale items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are unused and in their original FLATLIST® packaging.

Can I return items bought at a retailer?

The exchange and return policy are up to the individual retailer. We do not handle returns of products purchased from one of our retailers.

Do you offer eye tests?

Not at the moment. When purchasing optical glasses, please bring your most recent eye test or prescription to our Copenhagen flagship store, or send it to info@flatlisteyewear.com.
