DELIVERY & COST
Goods will be dispatched on regular working days, Monday to Fridays. Please note that FLATLIST® is not responsible for local import duties/tax which are imposed according to the law of the given country. Delivery times may be a little longer during sales and public holidays (see specifications below). Please note that campaigns for free deliveries will be activated on your order on the payment page.
When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a tracking number via e-mail which you can use to track your order. If you don’t love your sunglasses or want to change to a different frame, we offer a simple and easy return service within 14 days after receiving your order. Please contact us on email: return@flatlisteyewear.com. We just ask that the items are unworn and in their original FLATLIST® packaging(with barcodes and style stickers in the bottom), otherwise we cannot accept your return. We send all of our shades with a black Faux leather case, microfiber cleaning pouch/cloth and a FLATLIST® box.
*Please remember to write your reference number and “RETURN” on the outside of the package to ensure a swift transit through any customs offices it may encounter. Excluding this information can result in a protracted delay of your return – and in the worst case the customs office will send the package back to your address.
*Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us, so please send the package with a traceable service so it can be located. Return shipping costs are not covered by FLATLIST®.
Once we have inspected the returned package, we will refund the total product value. The refund will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase. We require that you ship the returned goods with a valid track and trace number for security and to make sure the package will not disappear during transit.
IF YOU RETURN A PRODUCT WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL IT WILL BE REJECTED AT OUR WAREHOUSE AT YOUR OWN EXPENSES.
* Due to the Global Covid-19 situation you may experience delays. All transport service providers, including the curriers used by FLATLIST, may experience delays in international transit times. Please take this into account in your planning.
